  • Yes. All orders are shipped in sturdy cardboard boxes with the MORBO logo subtly printed and without content descriptions. The interior is carefully wrapped to protect your items and maintain an elegant, private, and secure experience.

  • No. All orders shipped within Mexico already include taxes and logistics management, so you will not have to pay anything extra when you receive your package.

  • We accept national and international credit and debit cards, and other payment methods available on Shopify Payments such as Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, PayPal, or Google Pay.

  • Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after confirmation. Delivery time depends on your location, but shipments generally arrive within 3-7 business days once dispatched.

  • For now, we only ship within Mexico. We will soon expand coverage to other countries.

  • Yes, only exchanges for unused items in perfect condition within 14 days of purchase. For hygiene reasons, no exchanges or returns are accepted on underwear, lingerie, or intimate pleasure products.

  • We do our best to ensure your order arrives on time, but we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier or reasons beyond MORBO's control. If your order takes longer than expected, please write to us at hola@morbo.shop and we will help you track it.

  • Shipping costs for exchanges are borne by the customer, unless the product is damaged or there has been an error in the order.
