Yes. All orders are shipped in sturdy cardboard boxes with the MORBO logo subtly printed and without content descriptions. The interior is carefully wrapped to protect your items and maintain an elegant, private, and secure experience.

No. All orders shipped within Mexico already include taxes and logistics management, so you will not have to pay anything extra when you receive your package.

Yes, only exchanges for unused items in perfect condition within 14 days of purchase. For hygiene reasons, no exchanges or returns are accepted on underwear, lingerie, or intimate pleasure products.

Shipping costs for exchanges are borne by the customer, unless the product is damaged or there has been an error in the order.
